Since coming aboard the ScentAir team, I’ve had the pleasure of working with and learning from many fantastic people. My team leaders have invested in me, and my career has soared because of it. Joining ScentAir was the best decision of my career.

ScentAir has been a slam dunk for me! Since joining the newly initiated Account Development team (almost a year ago), I have not only received world class sales and onboarding training but a fun and rewarding work environment. The innovation and technology that we are providing our customers makes our job that much more enjoyable. Being a part of a sales team that applauds each other’s wins is refreshing and encouraging. ScentAir management is top notch! My manager sees my potential, voices his gratitude and is investing in my growth. Weekly one on ones, listening and implementing my suggestions provides me comfortability and assurance that my career is of importance. As a mom of two, flexibility is a must in my life. Our remote flex schedule gives me the opportunity to set up a successful schedule not only for work but in my home. I am so excited about this company’s future potential and my career path. We have nearly tapped the surface of scent marketing. This company is going places and I’m honored to be on board!

It will be one-year next month (December). The benefits are a lot better than my previous employer which had very inadequate health insurance. I enjoy the ability to work from home as well as in the office. My manager allows flexibility in my work schedule as IT does not work the typical 08:00 to 17:00 type of job. I have had to learn a lot about this network and computer systems which I am always looking to do working in the IT field. It has been budget requested to do some formal training in 2022 which I hope is approved. My manager is one of the reasons I requested to be converted from contract to salaried ScentAir employee. Being former military, I have an appreciation of a defined chain of command with no ‘dotted line bosses’. I have a clear chain of command at ScentAir. It has always been easy to approach my management with issues. When I converted from contract to salaried, it was a mostly smooth process. I have been allowed ample time to reverse engineer things, document my findings, etc. There are several projects in the 2022 budget that I am hopeful for approval. If they are approved, it is going to be a good opportunity to get into some new technology and update a number of ScentAir systems needing it. If travel restrictions are removed, I hope to visit the other sites – particularly the England office.

I am apart of the Sales Ops/Sales Support Team and I have been with the company for about 2 ½ years. I love ScentAir’s small, family like culture. We are all one big team. I have had a lot of growth within in the company. I started off as a lifecycle representative and have moved up to the sales ops team because sales is where my passion is. During this time, I have learned so much from my leaders. I am now also a certified DocuSign admin and working on achieving more certificates as I go. I feel it is super easy to communicate with peers and leaders. After all one of our core values is Communicate, communicate, communicate! Our leaders and recruiters make the onboarding experience so smooth. You are updated all throughout the process. For me it was an easy transition period with lots of support. I am looking forward to a great 2022 year and seeing how big this company will grow.

I have been in a leadership role here at ScentAir for the past 2.5 years. What I have learned about fragrance marketing and the number of innovative products we have launched in the past few years has been awe inspiring. Not only has this company survived and reinvented itself during a Pandemic, but it is also ready and willing to grow even more. This company is one of the pioneers for scent marketing, and it is unafraid to pave the way for new ways of servicing and scenting our customers home and business.
