Volunteer Programs

JM Family associates are always ready to make the community a better place. Whether it’s building a home for a deserving family, mentoring an at-risk child or supporting an essential needs drive – volunteering is at the heart of our associates. Through our What A Difference A Day Makes! initiative, more than 1,000 associates volunteered nearly 12,000 hours at 218 company-sponsored events in 2015. Our partners receive JM Family’s volunteer power plus additional support such as funding, in-kind giving and marketing services.

Community Partnerships

The Jim Moran Foundation

Jim Moran established The Foundation in 2000 to improve the quality of life for the youth and families of Florida through the support of innovative programs and opportunities that meet the ever-changing needs of the community. Through a long-term grant agreement, JM Family provides significant funding to The Jim Moran Foundation for many years to come based upon a percentage of JM Family's profits. Youth Automotive Training Center

The mission of the Youth Automotive Training Center, founded in 1984 by Jim Moran, is to train and educate at-risk youth in basic automotive repair, academic remediation, job readiness and life management skills. Learn more here. 

African-American Achievers

The African-American Achievers awards honor outstanding individuals who invest their time and talents to enrich South Florida while inspiring others to do the same. Jim Moran established the program in 1992. Learn more here.

JM&A Group has approximately 700 support associates located in our Deerfield Beach, FL, and St. Louis, MO, headquarters. These "home" associates are dedicated to serving the needs of our dealers and the JM&A field team, and consistently conducting business with honesty and professionalims. All JM Family associates are committed to etheir coareers as well as their communities, and helped the company log more than 10,500 hours at 200 JM Family-sponsored events in 2014.
