Shure summer internships provide real-world work experience for students. Interns earn a competitive salary and are given ownership of meaningful projects that allow them to see the results of their hard work by the time they leave. During the program, managers and directors provide department overviews to help interns better understand the organization as a whole. Additionally, regular team-building events and fun outings give interns the opportunity to socialize and enjoy Chicago. At the end of the summer, interns present their projects to an audience of Shure Associates.

Our talent acquisition team visits select college campuses in the fall, but we welcome applications from all colleges and universities. Typically, we are looking for students who have completed at least two years of their undergraduate program and have previous internship experience. If you’re a musician with knowledge of Shure products, be sure to indicate this in your application. It’s not required, but it does give you an edge.
