Tradition is a market leader in thaw and sell baking technology. Founded in 1982, Tradition is a 2nd generation family owned business. We develop and produce high quality sweet goods including: thaw and sell, proof and bake, and freezer to oven for: Contract manufacturing, Private label, Retail and Foodservice.

Our products are produced in a world class manufacturing facility built in 2003. We have highly automated continuous process lines which product some of North American's favorite muffins, pastries and cookies.
