COMPETITIVE WEEKLY PAY
At Trinity, we honor your experience and will compensate you for the years you've acquired in your profession. All employees are paid weekly with a direct deposit or payroll card offered.
INDUSTRY-LEADING HEALTH INSURANCE
Medical, dental, and optical – first of the month after 30 days of employment.
COMPANY-PAID LIFE INSURANCE
$10,000 life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance – first of the month after 30 days of employment.
RETIREMENT
401k: 100% company match up to 3% offered to all employees and 50% company match for the next 2% deposited.
VACATION
Paid Holidays and Sick Time: paid sick time for personal use (based on employment status)
EDUCATION
School Bus Driver Safety Education: company paid certification (RESA).
