Tastes On The Fly was started in 1999 by 4 restaurant entrepreneurs and it has grown into one of the world's leading boutique airport dining operators. We provide high-quality, local, authentic experiences in an airport setting.

Stephanie's Terminal E at Boston Logan Airport
One of Boston’s iconic neighborhood restaurants, Stephanie’s on Newbury has been serving sophisticated comfort food incorporating salads, pastas, meats, fish and chicken into seasonal menus since 1994. Now, Stephanie’s ambiance, menu and bar has landed at Boston Logan Airport.

Mercantile at Denver Airport
Mercantile is the culmination of award-winning Chef Alex Seidel’s two previous ventures, Fruition Restaurant and Fruition Farms. It represents the next evolution in Chef Seidel’s vision of approachability and transparency in dining. Beyond what is offered in the dining room or the marketplace, Mercantile is looking to bridge the information gap between farmer and consumer.
Coors Silver Bullet Bar at Denver Airport
The Coors Silver Bullet Bar is a full service sports bar and restaurant offering menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It features a quick-serve gourmet burger counter offering burgers, fries and beverages. Wine, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages and, of course, beer.
Bobby Van’s Steakhouse at JFK Airport
In partnership with Bobby Van’s Steakhouse, Tastes on the Fly converted empty space at JFK into the most impressive sit-down airport restaurant in the country. It has been winning accolades since it opened. Eater NY named it one of the places to eat at JFK and it won the ACI Award for “Best New Concept”.
Paris Cafe at TWA Hotel JFK Airport
Paris Cafe, a partnership with Tastes on the Fly and world-renowned Michelin-starred chef, Jean-George Vongerichten, is a culinary landmark in the TWA Hotel at JFK airport. The original Eero Saarinen design of the 1960’s TWA Terminal and the historic in-flight menus influenced the restaurant, as it was updated for modern trends.
Napa Farms Market at SFO Airport
Celebrating the Bay Area’s food culture with stations from Equator Coffee, Tyler Florence Fresh, Cow Girl Creamery Cheese, Acme Bread, Vino Volo and Kara’s Cupcakes. GQ, Food & Wine, MSNBC and the NY Times are just a sampling of the press to include it in their Best Airport Dining lists.
