From site operations and business development to our customer support center, our UK staff are powering Trip.com group’s growth in the region, and globally.

The UK is home to our all-important Customer Support Centre located in Edinburgh, where our dedicated staff help travelers from around the world pursue their perfect trip. As a multi-language call center, our Edinburgh team provides 12 spoken language services to meet global travelers demands. And as we expand our services globally, our Edinburgh customer support team continues to grow and serve more customers worldwide.
