He puts that theory into practice by organising one-one-one training sessions with his entire team. This can be a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly session, depending on what the Realtor is looking for. Some outside Real Estate Training companies, charge upwards of $1000 per month to provide coaching and training. The type of topics include every and anything practical based in knowledge when it comes to generating leads, converting leads, doing offers, negotiating offers, dealing with buyers and sellers. Essentially, through his training and guidance, you will learn the proper way to sell Real Estate and learn to grow a business. Not all Real Estate office’s provide any training, however the ones that do, usually provide basic training that is always in groups. Rick is very involved at the office with all the Realtors and is always available for questions and help. Drop in one day for a free coffee!
