About Livelyhood Venues Ltd
Our venues are a collection of much-loved, independently-owned, neighbourhood pubs in South London, founded and owned by Sarah Wall.

Sarah's desire is to maintain the traditions of the classic British pub with a twist of the modern day environment - this is what makes a Livelyhood Pub. Think delicous comfort food with modern quirks, refreshing beers and favourite cocktails with a daring twist and authentic, cosy pub furniture which turns into perfect social spaces in the front.

Then step behind the arch in our pubs, to find lively entertainment such as sport, quiz night and live music. Some of our impressive outdoor spaces also boast great views and a cracking al fresco atmosphere.

All this is delivered and driven by our wonderful team of like-minded people, who have a passion for hospitality and the great British pub.

Livelyhood's values of PEOPLE, AUTHENTIC, DARING, LIVELY & SUSTAINABLE really are at the heart of every decision that we make, the way that we operate, in the impact that we have & the people that we work with.

We partner with small and local suppliers & support local charities to have a positive impact in our communities.
A LIVELYHOOD WELCOME
I am delighted you’re interested in joining The Livelyhood family. We are an operator of warm, welcoming and independent neighbourhood pubs. Livelyhood is privately owned, with a clear plan of growth.

Hospitality is in our soul. We are curious and proud. We are committed. We’re always looking for more brilliant people to make Livelyhood happen. We strive to gather the very best in our teams – those who have the personality, commitment & spark for the job in hand. We work hard and passionately to constantly impress and surprise for every moment we are here. We also have fun, we look after one another and we love seeing our people succeed, plenty have and more will. For those that want it, we have a committed plan to develop individuals throughout our business.

I’m a great believer of “the proof is in the pudding,” so enough from me, let some of the fabulous Livelyhood team tell you why they choose to be part of it…

“Livelyhood is a friendly, approachable place, hard working times but fun times, makes it a good place to work.” Andy – General Managers at The Faber Fox

“Seeing how the owner Sarah really interacts with the team and the great recognition of the staff – these are the big differences to other workplaces.” Carlos – Deputy Manager The Old Frizzle

“After working behind the bar at The Clapham North since 2015, Livelyhood offered me a great opportunity as Events Co-ordinator for the group, truly standing by their ethos of internal progression” Lorel – Events Co-ordinator Livelyhood Venues
