Niyaa People are an independent specialist recruitment consultancy founded in 2008 which started in a small, shared office space with only 2 desks.

Fast forward 12 years and we now have a team of over 30 fantastic people in Birmingham City Centre with the shared vision and ambition to become the leading recruitment partner for the Built Environment for both the Public and Private Sectors.

Our goals sits at the heart of everything that we do , as we help facilitate the needs of our customers, continue to build and maintain relationships and truly listen to what our customers really want.
