We have 24/7 nursing support, a comprehensive onboarding and training program, and ongoing learning opportunities. You can choose to work 1:1 in homecare with complex care paediatrics, 1:1 with geriatrics, or in larger settings in the community like long-term care and hospitals. Our goal is to ensure that our team members feel supported, gain valuable work experience, and enjoy going to work every day!

At The Care Company our support team is available 24/7. We always have a nurse available and you can also call us at anytime. We have a comprehensive onboarding and training programs with training and shadow shifts available, first visit introductions with a supervisor, as well as learning opportunities for PSWs and Nurses.
